$100 minimum order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Consignment or guaranteed sales.

ALL Claims for defective or items damaged in shipment must be made no later than 15 days after receipt of order. Please provide us with the invoice number, item number and contact information. Pictures of the damaged product, packaging and description may be needed to complete the claim process.

All return merchandise must be in its original box. No returns of worn or self-damaged items are acceptable.

Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to 20% handling charge.

Pacific Trading will only give credit for merchandise received based on original claim called into office.

1.5% monthly FINANCE CHARGE will be billed on past due account. Customer to pay all costs incurred in collecting past due account.

The jurisdiction of any legal dispute will be Edmond, OK.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, every effort will be made to inform you should any changes occur.

No products purchased from Pacific Trading shall be resold by or through any online auction or online stores (such as eBay, Amazon or other similar sites) without the express, written authority of Pacific Trading.

SHIPPING

Pacific Trading offers the following shipping services
• UPS
• Fedex
• USPS Priority Mail
• Trucking Services

Regular shipments will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Oversized items not serviced by UPS will be shipped via trucking services.

Shipping and handling charges will be billed based on the actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is higher of each box used for packing. COD charges will apply for COD shipments. Pacific Trading will try to provide the lowest possible shipping method for its customers. RETURN POLICY

No exchanges or returns will be made unless item was received damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Pacific Trading.We cannot accept returns for the following items:
• Any item with no original box.
• Any item that has been used.

DAMAGED & SHORTAGE CLAIMS

Pacific Trading will ensure the best quality of products is shipped to our customers. All orders are scanned and checked to make sure orders are fullfilled correctly. Please inspect all merchandise carefully for any damages or defects upon receipt of item. Any damages or defective products should be reported to Pacific Trading within 15 days upon receipt of order. Failure to do so within the time specified may result in forfeiture of credit for damaged/defective items. Incorrect items will only be refunded if it is due to our error.
